How To Invest
Step 1
Read Fund Documentation
It is important that you read the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and the Information Booklet prior to making an investment. These documents are available on this website or request a free hard copy to be mailed to you.
Step 3
Complete Client Identification Form
Australia, the United States and other OECD countries have customer identification obligations under Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act (or their equivalent in other countries) and certain customer due diligence obligations under the United States Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act ("FATCA").
There are several different forms. All new investors in a fund must complete the Client Indentification form that corresponds to the structure they are using to make the investment. This website provides Pella's opinions of which form is appropriate for each structure. These opinions should not be relied on as constituting advice and you should contact your financial adviser if you are unsure which form you should use.

These forms are incorporated into the online applications. Offline applications require these forms to be completed in addition to the offline application. These forms are available in the Client Identification Forms section in the Forms and Documents page.
